Leadership Launch is a beginner-level leadership course designed specifically for new and emerging leaders. In approximately one hour, participants are introduced to four practical communication skills they can begin using immediately in their leadership role.
Active Listening — Learn to listen intentionally and understand what others are actually communicating.
S.B.I. Feedback — Learn a practical approach to delivering feedback by focusing on the Situation, Behavior, and Impact.
Delegation — Understand how effective delegation can help leaders communicate expectations and give others the opportunity to succeed.
Setting Clear Boundaries — Learn why clear expectations and boundaries are an important part of effective leadership and communication.
These aren't complicated theories. They are practical tools designed to give new leaders a foundation they can begin building on.
Leadership Launch is designed for new and emerging leaders, particularly within small and mid-sized organizations that want to give their people a stronger start when stepping into leadership.

Leadership Launch isn't built solely from textbooks or theory. Its foundation comes from more than 20 years of Navy leadership experience, including service as a Navy instructor and Master Training Specialist, combined with formal education in Learning Design.
The goal is simple: provide practical leadership development that new leaders can understand, apply, and build upon.
